Direct fired clean steam system
A direct fired clean steam system from stainless steel was delivered for a foodstuff disinfection plant from our long-term strategic partner, SteamLab GmbH of Hamburg. This system was put to use by Bejo Zaden B.V., Holland, one of the world’s leaders in the field of seed development and production.
The system comprises a rapid steam generator 500 kg/h as three-pass instantaneous water heater, a high pressure steam vessel with 500 litre capacity, a feed water tank, a water treatment system and a sludge cooler. The complete system was prefabricated in the factory and preassembled on a stainless steel base frame as a packaged unit.
