Thermal oil boilers type HG with internal tube coil in three-pass configuration for heating thermal oil.
BBS thermal oil boilers can use organic or synthetic heat carriers. When using organic heat carrier oils, it is possible to achieve supply temperatures of up to approx. 320 °C.
For thermal processes with higher temperatures of up to approx. 400 °C we equip our systems for the use of synthetic heat carriers.
Permissible operating overpressure of up to 10 bar (with higher temperatures up to 20 bar)
BBS thermal oil boilers are designed per DIN 4754.
