BBS rapid steam generators are well suited for the generation of relatively low volumes of steam and provide an economical alternative to the steam boiler.
Thanks to the low water vapour volumes in the tube coil, the rapid steam generator is ready for operation after just a brief warm-up phase.
BBS rapid steam generators can be produced in a horizontal or vertical configuration. With the aid of this steam generator, steam pressures of up to 100 bar and more can be realised.
The rapid steam generators can also be designed as direct-fired clean steam generators. In this case all medium-carrying parts such as the tube coil, pump and valves are produced from stainless steel.
